From inbox to intelligence in five steps.

BridgeMail is an inbox-native command center for ship-stores chandlers. Here's the shape of it.

  1. 01

    Connect a mailbox

    Link your existing IMAP or Google/Microsoft mailbox. Nothing moves — BridgeMail reads alongside your inbox and leaves your mail where it is.

  2. 02

    Mail classifies itself

    Each incoming message is sorted — purchase order, RFQ, quote, invoice, payment, or noise — and SLA-tracked. Priority threads rise; bulk mail sinks to junk without hitting the pipeline.

  3. 03

    Attachments get read

    PDF and Excel attachments are parsed on arrival: PO numbers, line items, quantities, vendors, and delivery dates — including scanned-image documents via vision extraction.

  4. 04

    Contacts assemble

    Supplier and buyer records build from email signatures and headers — deduped, typed (captain, agent, supplier, client), and enriched with company and vessel where present.

  5. 05

    Reply from the bridge

    Draft and send replies in-thread, or bridge to the vessel over WhatsApp. PO confirmations and follow-ups without leaving the conversation.
